Custom and Made-to-Order Items 

We do accept custom or made-to-order candles upon approval, depending on availability and feasibility. Once a custom order is approved and placed, it is considered final. 

Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 

Shipping 

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is handed over to the carrier. 

Refunds, Returns, and Replacements 

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an issue caused during fulfillment, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Candle Safety 

● Never leave a burning candle unattended

● Trim the wick before each burn 

● Do not burn candles for extended periods 

Wax Melt Safety 

● Use wax melts only with approved wax warmers 

● Do not add water to wax melts 

● Keep out of reach of children and pets 

● Never leave warmers unattended 

Linen Spray Safety 

● For external use only 

● Do not spray directly on skin, pets, or near open flames 

● Test on a small area of fabric before full use 

● Keep away from children and pets
